HwCollections Company markets a brand textile items.
A special care is made for the item’s presentation on the site, in order that the proposed pictures
and definitions do not suffer from any difference with the real item.

Postal charges are offered in function of the destination and the value of the order.

Your order is treated the next day of your purchase.
Theirs routing is done with using the services of MondialRelay (Delivery in relay for
France, Belgium and Luxembourg) and postal services for all countries.
The deadline for routing of your parcel goes between 2 and 4 days.
2. France Only
Your order is treated on the same day for express delivery the next day via TNT, in case of your
order is done before 13hours.
For a prompt treatment of your order, it’s necessary to provide reliable and verifiable information:

Please indicate an address where a person will be present at your parcel’s presentation.
You can ideally use a professional address if you think that you will not be present during the delivery.
*Availability
All the proposed products on hwcollections, are available on stock. No waiting deadline will be
asked from you. Your money is not taken hostage.
Nevertheless, an error can be possible, if the item is out of stock, you will be notified in 24 hours
and we will propose you:
- Immediate repayment of your order
-specific date of your order’s reception
*Exchange
Every item can be changed, even on promotional and sales period, in case of this order,
does not been either worn or damaged. Also make sure to fold the item with care: the products
put in balls are considered as damaged.
You have 7 days to count from the product’s reception for return it.
A return ticket will be inserted in every parcel. You just have to complete it then to return the order.
The return postal charges are in the load of customer.
In case of exchange, the forwarding charges of a new item or a new size will be offered to you,
a 2nd and last time for the same order.

*Satisfied or money back
You have 7days to ask for the repayment of an item.
The sale’s conditions stay the same just for an exchange. You have to know that the item
should not been worn or damaged.
The repayment will be made:
- By check, if you have settled by check
- By bank card with crediting again credit bank used during the order that you have paid by
Paypal, moneybookers or savings bank.
The repayment’s value will include the value of item less shipment charges paid by hwcollections
for sending product, a package of 7€. So, postal charges are just offered if the order is kept by the customer.
Paid postal charges will not be paid from the customer for the return of his order.
These conditions are only valid with the respect of deadline’s return.
*Payment
You can set your purchase via several means:
1*secured payment with using the services of:
-savings bank (French bank)
-Paypal
-moneybookers
2* by check (s) at once or several time.
Notify that the 3 times payment without expenses are accepted from 100€ of purchases.

5* You can also choose to pay your order at reception with using the receive and pay services.

made via “receive and pay”.

*Particular cases
-Lost parcel
Hwcollections company, is responsible of every parcel, as long as it does not been
approved by the customer. Assurances are subscribed, in order to compensate every
customer whose parcel could be lost.
You have to sign a reception list for every parcel, a signature allowing the transfer of
responsibilities.
The customer is also responsible of every lost parcel during a return’s routing.
-Not corresponding or defective parcel
In case of your order do not correspond eventually of size and to a done order model,
return postal charges that you will advance, will be paid off, and initially, the best ordered
size will be send for you at our expenses.
